Couple's Quiet Retreat

The staff was genuinely friendly, especially Manager Mike who really made us feel welcome. We appreciated how quiet our room was despite being near the pool area, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.

It wasn’t exactly economical but still acceptable for what we got.

I had a decent stay at Extended Stay in Carmel. The room size was impressive, which made it comfortable to move around. The location was nice too, offering nearby attractions and easy access to the main roads. However, the check-in process was a hassle. I had to call customer service after hours to get inside since the doors were locked. The front desk staff could have been more helpful and friendly. I requested to charge a different card when I checked in, but was told they couldn’t do that because I was already charged, despite my reservation saying to pay upon check-in. The room was lacking basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. No hand towels. I found the bed to be super uncomfortable, and it was a challenge getting extra pillows since they claimed they needed to order more. I finally got one after suggesting they could just grab one from an unused room. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs, but it could be greatly improved with better service and room amenities.

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious Queen Studio. The hotel's location offered great access to local attractions. Minor issues like outdated decor didn't overshadow the excellent service provided by the staff. A pleasant experience worth considering.

Had a solid stay. The room was super spacious, and the location was pretty convenient. Plus, I loved hangin' out in the picnic area outside. Just a bummer about the missing garbage cans, which led to some junk being left in the hall. Overall, it could use a little more upkeep, but not a deal-breaker!

Plus, the room was tidy and the location was a gem, just a stone's throw from the interstate, making it a breeze to explore local spots.

But the check-in drama was real—locked doors past 10 PM and a grumpy clerk who couldn't even recommend breakfast spots. And three pillows for two people? Come on, folks!

We had an awesome getaway with friends! We explored the NCAA Hall of Champions and enjoyed the beautiful greenery at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park, perfect for hiking. The location was great. We caught a concert at the plaza nearby, which was a blast. It made for fantastic memories, and overall, it was a good stay.

The only downside was that our room had a strange smell when we arrived, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can freshen it up for future guests.
